Please note that after completing the online registration process, your registration (i.e. delegate pass) will be confirmed by email. IMPORTANT NOTE:  The organization of the Peace and Sport International Forum reserves the right to change and cancel your registration in full or in part (i.e. delegate pass, social/cultural activities).  In case of any change to your registration, you will be duly notified of this in writing. Please note that Peace and Sport will provide its best effort to maintain the announced program and speakers. Nevertheless, Peace and Sport can adapt/change any content or schedule due to outside matters. Delegate Pass Policies : Downgrading of registrations is not permitted. Registrations may be upgraded at any time. Peace and Sport does not allow shared registrations. Each registration allows admittance of one person only. No admittance will be granted where payment has not been received in full. If booking within 7 days of the event start date, full payment is required and due at the time of booking. For all other commercial sponsorships/partnerships, please refer to your agreement/contract for payment terms. Delegate Pass Cancellation Policies : No refund will be available. Having paid for your delegate pass, if for unforeseen circumstances you are no longer able to attend the Peace and Sport International Forum, you will be permitted a name change (to someone else within your organization) at no additional cost. This change of name can occur only once.  Notification must be made in writing and received prior to the event commencing. Covid-19 Policies : In terms of Covid-19, we will be following the directives from the Monaco government as well as any protocols put in place by the venue for our event to keep everyone safe. Please do not attend in-person if you are exhibiting any Covid symptoms or have been asked to isolate by any type of government organizations, following a positive covid test result or as a result of recent travel or if you have been in contact with someone who tested positive. In case of the delegate not being able to attend because of covid, no refund will be issued. In lieu, Peace and Sport will offer a name change. Visa : It is the delegate’s responsibility to obtain an entry visa for France and Monaco. If the visa is not granted, the Cancellation Policies for the Peace and Sport International Forum 2022 (delegate pass, social/cultural activities) will still apply. Photo/Video Release : Registration and attendance of Peace and Sport International Forum 2022 implies consent to be photographed/video recorded and permission for photos/videos to be used in future by Peace and Sport and its partners.  Hotel Booking : Please note that Peace and Sport has negotiated a quota of room under a specific price for its delegate. The delegate is identified as part of this quota and can beneficiate of those tariffs. Peace and Sport is not covering extra accommodation fees.
