The Former Minister of Sports in Colombia. He led the transformation of the National Sports Agency, Coldeporte, into a Ministry, Mindeporte, becoming the first Minister of Sports of the country.
He now leads the Delegate Office of Human Rights and Sports in Colombia.
A former professional Squash player, he has dedicated his life to the academic world and to how neuroscience helps construct creative leaders and better societies.
