BIO

Julien Sorez is an associate professor of history and a lecturer at the UFR Staps of the University of Paris Nanterre. After defending a doctorate in football history in Paris and its suburbs at Sciences Po, he is currently conducting research on the social history of sport in France. In addition, in 2018 he founded L'œil de Moscou, a collective of social scientists offering an ethnographic look at the sports spectacle.
