Associate Director Olympism 365
Ollie Dudfield oversees the implementation of the International Olympic Committee’s Olympism 365 strategy that aims to strengthen the role of sport as an important enabler for the Sustainable Development Goals. The strategy focuses on building innovative and effective partnerships to use sport to positively impact people’s lives and connect people with the Olympic values everywhere, every day. Prior to joining the International Olympic Committee he held leadership roles at the Sport for Development Coalition and the Commonwealth Secretariat’s Sport for Development and Peace Unit. In these roles he supported sporting bodies, governments and civil society organisations to enhance the contribution of sport to sustainable economic, social and environmental development. Ollie is the author of multiple publications on sport and social development. He started his career in basketball, working as a coach and technical director in the national systems in Australia and New Zealand.
